An effective recipe to put Lovita® in the limelight.

4 eggs
100 g sugar
80 g flour
pinch of salt
60g butter
25 cl whole milk
1 kg Lovita plums

1 – Preheat the oven to 180°C (gas mark 6). Melt the butter over a low heat or in the microwave. Set aside.

2 – Wash the plums, remove the stones and cut them in half.

3 – Butter a baking tin and place the plums in the bottom.

4 – In a bowl, whisk together the eggs and sugar.

5 – Add the flour, a pinch of salt and the melted butter.

6 – Pour in the whole milk and stir.

7 – Pour the mixture over the plums. Bake for 45 minutes. Serve warm.
