A balanced and delicious recipe, rich in pleasure and nutrients.

6 Lovita® Plums
Whole cane sugar
Vanilla sugar
Lemon juice
Pinch of cinnamon
Optional: grapes, slices of nectarine or pear, slivered almonds

1 – Choose ripe fruit

2- Cut the fruit into slices

3- Add a pinch of sugar (ideally whole cane sugar with unique caramel and vanilla notes)

4 – Drizzle with lemon juice

5 – Stir gently

The perfect salad to take with you throughout the day, at the office, on a walk or on a picnic.
