A delicious accompaniment to your cheese platters.

2 ripe Lovita® plums
Pistachios
1 lemon
1 orange
Slivered almonds

1 – Coarsely chop the pistachios.

2 – Cut the plums into thin slices.

3 – Mix the lemon, sugar and orange zest in a bowl. Spread the sauce over the plums, sprinkle with the pistachios and chill for 2 hours.

4- Just before serving, add a few flaked almonds.

Goes very well with cheese!
